All items are shipped with USPS or UPS depending on the item's fragility and size.
All items are packed with extreme care.
Insurance is not included in the shipping but reach out if you would like to add it to your order.
We gladly accept combined shipping which is reflected at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We want to ensure you are satisfied and happy with any purchase from Mirror for the Moon. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding an item before purchasing.
Due to the delicate nature of crystals we do not accept returns. I can assure you that all crystals are packed with their delicate nature in mind but if you are worried, please purchase insurance.

Appointments
Booking a session
Because of the unique and personal nature of Mirror for the Moon sessions, appointments may not be gifted or transferred to another person.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancelled appointments must be rescheduled for another time within 3 months. Refunds for cancellations will not be given.
Refunds will not be given for missed or “no show” appointments, and those appointments will not be rescheduled. We understand that things come up and emergencies happen. Please reach out and let us know what is going on so we can try to work with you.
Workshops held through Mirror for the Moon
Because of the unique and personal nature of Mirror for the Moon workshops, registrations may not be gifted or transferred to another person.
You may cancel your registration for a workshop and receive a full refund up until 24 hours before the start time of the workshop. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop.
Workshops may be recorded and recordings may be made available to participants at the practitioner’s discretion.
